 Hand Made Gourmet Dog Treats

All about us

It all started with 3 dogs
Mocha

Marie
Tippy

The three amigos, our dogs have been such an influence in our lives.
Mocha was my first dog, not the first dog we had, but he was my buddy and we were inseparable.
Marie was my mom's little shadow.
And Tippy is Mocha's son, the ugly duckling puppy no one wanted, who became a permanent part of our family.
Life with these three has led us on many adventures!!

Mocha and Marie are now playing at the Rainbow Bridge, but that doesn't mean that they don't influence our everyday lives.
They lived into their late teens and had awesome doggy lives.
They were avid campers, loving to go walking on the trails or perusing along the banks of the water.
Mocha was a barn dog, keeping all the spectators at the arena busy while they watched their family members riding.
Marie was an excellent mom and tried to adopt other puppies and kittens. She tried to mother 9 mastiff pups, that were days old and half her size!!
Tippy has always been full of love and I swear is part greyhound not terripoo. His biggest love is running and playing with the big dogs and cuddling with us.

Back in BC I was given a wonderful opportunity to learn to groom my own dogs. With poodles, it was a great skill to have, and I loved it.
I developed a passion for working around dogs and soon tried my hand at homemade treats for my own dogs.
I also made treats for our grooming customers who enjoyed them at Christmas time.

We have had several dogs share our lives over the years, and recently in the past few years we've lost dogs to sudden kidney failures.
We cannot say that the cause was food or treats, although we had 2 dogs severely sick from a recalled pet food, and one is no longer with us.
The other dog did eat chicken jerky from China which is the talk of the pet world, being blamed for thousands of deaths of dogs.
I decided that making treats for our dogs was worth the time and effort to ensure that they wouldn't be harmed by something we use as an act of love, giving a treat.

Now located in New Brunswick, I am happy to offer our local doggy friends handmade gourmet treats
which offer a healthy and safe alternative to store bought ones.
Give us a try!
